This tactical weighted dog training vest is designed for mid-to-large dogs and dogs with weight-loss training needs. It adds gravity-based resistance during daily activity to help increase strength, power, and endurance, while supporting controlled training progression.
Size chart (inch)
Size S: Neck 13-17, Chest 22-28, Back 10
Size M: Neck 16-20, Chest 26-32.5, Back 11

Sizing measurement diagram (how to measure)
Neck Girth: measure around the neck where a collar sits.
Chest Girth: measure around the widest part of the chest behind the front legs.
Back Length: measure along the back from the base of the neck to the base of the tail.
Smarter resistance training
Train more intelligently by leveraging gravity in everyday movement to increase your dog’s strength, power, and endurance.
Extra weight increases exercise resistance and can raise training intensity (and returns) while still allowing natural movement when fitted correctly.
Get more from training: increased strength, faster speed, improved endurance, stronger core power, better balance, and stability.
Durability and comfort
Built with 900D Oxford fabric for long-term use, with strong dirt resistance and durability.
400G sandwich mesh improves breathability and airflow to help prevent overheating and dampness for better comfort during wear.
Safe fit with strong hook-and-loop surface to support security and customization patches.
Performance-oriented modular design
The vest uses a collar + harness combination that lets you control weight placement in both the collar and the harness.
Weight adjustment is simple: open the weight block pockets and add or remove weight as needed.
Modular structure fits different training stages: start with the collar first, then add the harness to train more full-body muscle groups.
Why use a weighted vest
Using a weighted vest can encourage stronger muscle coordination for a more intense full-body workout. If used properly, it can help improve overall body composition. In use, less is more. If your dog has not adapted, or if it is worn too long, the downsides may outweigh the benefits.
How to use
Start with 4-5% of your dog’s body weight, then gradually increase over time to 8-10%.
Do not add full weight at once. This is very dangerous for dogs.
When placing weight blocks, start from the lower row. Keep both sides balanced with the same quantity on each side.
Can be used in normal exercise and daily activities after gradual adaptation.
Materials and components
900D Oxford fabric: high fiber density, strong abrasion resistance, good tear resistance, and water-repellent performance.
400G sandwich mesh: improves breathability, keeps air flowing, helps prevent overheating and moisture, and improves comfort.
Nylon webbing: high tensile strength to handle heavier loads.
Seven-line handle design: multiple grip points, ergonomic pressure distribution, strong wear resistance, and impact resistance.
One-piece cast zinc alloy A-shaped buckle: solid structure, fewer weak connection points, corrosion resistance, and longer service life in harsh environments.
Elastic strap keepers: webbing storage and added flexibility.
Design selling points
Durable: 900D Oxford wear-resistant fabric supports outdoor activity and daily wear.
Comfortable: inner 400G sandwich mesh reduces friction and long-wear discomfort.
Modular: collar can be detached and used as a standalone weighted collar; combined with the harness supports full-body training.
Dual leash design: collar and harness each include an electrophoretic black one-piece cast A-shaped buckle for different leash needs.
Weight block pockets: easier loading/unloading, firm and not easy to break, visually more direct than traditional weighted vests.
Easier control: durable grab handle supports fast control in complex environments.
Wide adjustment range: flexible adjustment system to fit different dog body shapes for better stability and comfort.
Personalization: hook-and-loop surface supports custom patches and customization services.
