At StridePaw, we focus on both product quality and the support that follows delivery. Our quality system covers raw materials, production processes, and finished goods under AQL standards, with routine tensile, abrasion, and colorfastness testing. After shipment, we help you handle defect reporting, warranty cases, care guidance, and pilot-order adjustments-so your team can reduce returns and keep customers satisfied.
Product consultation & private-label support
We provide OEM/ODM consultation to help you finalize specs that fit your market and channel needs-colorways, sizing, hardware choices, and logo applications (woven labels, screen printing, heat transfer). We also support retail packaging options so your products arrive ready for shelf and fulfillment.
Production stage support
During sampling and production, our team keeps communication clear on timelines and approvals. Typical sampling lead time is 15-20 business days, and bulk production lead time is approximately 30-45 days after deposit and approvals (seasonality and bundle complexity may extend timelines).
Quality inspection & delivery
Every order is inspected to confirm workmanship and consistency before delivery. We follow AQL-based inspection practices and verify key durability indicators to reduce defects and after-sales disputes. We also support documentation needs (e.g., material statements and testing support, plus clear instruction/warning copy when required by your market).
After-sales tracking & support
If issues are found after receipt, please report within 7 days with PO information, photos, and quantities. We respond within 48 hours and provide repair/replacement/credit options after verification. Custom items are non-returnable unless confirmed as workmanship defects; once verified, we arrange replacement or credit.
